Seeded To Grow™ was born from Delancia’s lived experience navigating burnout, grief, career transitions, financial instability, caregiving, and motherhood — and the quiet unraveling that happens when women give endlessly without being poured back into. Rather than shrinking, she chose to root deeper. Seeded To Grow™ became the space she wished existed.

Her approach blends strategy with soul — practical yet healing, reflective yet action-oriented, anchored in honesty, compassion, and forward movement.
