Our Story
Seeded To Grow™ was born from the belief that healing, wholeness, and joy are every woman’s and girl’s birthright. Rooted in authenticity and fueled by purpose, STG creates safe, intentional spaces for Black women and girls to rediscover who they are, reclaim their voices, and live fully — out loud, in color, and without apology.

The Seeded To Grow™ Method is our guiding philosophy, rooted in the belief that every woman and girl carries everything she needs to flourish.
She just needs the right soil, the right season, and the right support.
Plant: The Seed of Awakening

Nurture: The Season of Softening
You cannot bloom in soil that hasn’t been tended. Nurturing is the brave, quiet work of healing which gives you the permission to rest, reflect, and rediscover the parts of you that the world tried to edit out.

Delancia T. Browning
Delancia T. Browning, Founder of Seeded To Grow™, is a visionary leader, strategist, and advocate for Black women and girls. After years of public service and community work, she created STG as a sanctuary for transformation — where purpose meets healing and self-love becomes a daily practice.
